Supports multiple curve-fitting methods (P3, P2,\nMRER) and stoichiometric equations (Frayn, Jeukendrup,\nPeronnet). Three variables can be obtained from the SIN model:\ndilatation, symmetry and translation, plus Fatmin (intensity at\nnegligible fat oxidation). Examples of these methods can be\nfound in Montes de Oca et al (2021)\n, Cheneviere et al. (2009)\n, and Achten et al.
